“It isn’t about perfection. It’s about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs.” It was another bundle of opportunities for the AMM staff to bring a change in their teaching field by fulfilling the expectations of the students, parents and management as we all attended a session on Handling Expectations by Mr. Parthiban, a staff resource from AMM School and Handling Emotions by Ms. Kaveri, another staff resource from AMM School and Ms. Priya, a staff resource from TI School, in TEP Session 4. The sessions on September 18, 2024, were overall enriching and an absolute learning experience.
