The quality of education is an important requirement in preparing superior human resources. Nurturing and strengthening the skills in teaching, AMM Foundation successfully continued to organize the Teacher Empowerment Programme which aims at fueling their passion for teaching further and equip them with the latest pedagogy as well as personal growth and the consequent fulfillment for the academic year 2024-25 on 27^th of June in TI school which is one of its institutions. Senior Asst. Vice President and Chief Executive of AMMF Mr. Narayanan and  Mrs. Kamakshi Ramalingam the advisor schools, AMMF were present along with the heads of all the four institutions to motivate and rekindle the spirit in the newly selected tepians. The first day session began after a warm welcome and a brief introductory thought by Mrs. Kamakshi. The first session by Mrs.Lydia Shirley was on Roles and Responsibility while the second session by Mrs. Ayeesha Bee focused on Intrapersonal  communication. Both the sessions were lively and motivating.
