“Teachers are always learners. Staying updated is the key to success in any field, especially, in education”. To improve upon and inspire an individual is great, but greater still is inspiring a group & with this in mind AMM Foundation organized the third day session of TEP on 19th of August, 2024 in TI School, Ambattur . The morning session mainly dealt on Self Esteem by Ms. Mary Bennette, a teacher resource from TI School, where it strengthened and boosted up the self-esteem of each individual teacher and to identify one’s own capacity. The second session in the noon By Ms. Vimalda Blessy, another teacher resource from VHS, was on Assertiveness where she remained as a source to develop and improve the better part of human behavior in teachers in the classroom and in the society.
