About The Event
A CBSE workshop on Promoting Mental Health and Wellness among Students was held on 29/09/2026 at Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Mandavelipakkam. The workshop focused on understanding the emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns students may experience during their school years, along with commonly observed psychological issues and their impact on academic and social functioning.
The roles of teachers, parents, school counsellors, and special educators in identifying concerns and providing appropriate support were discussed. The importance of connecting with students, understanding their individual needs, and creating a safe and supportive environment was emphasized.
The session included interactive activities and discussions, making it an engaging and valuable learning experience. Overall, it provided useful insights into working together to promote students’ mental health and well-being.
