The 10th International Yoga Day 2024 – 2025 was celebrated on the 21st of June
in AMM School under the theme, ‘Yoga for self and society.’ The students
across classes 5 to 12 participated in this yoga movement, where in asanas like
Tadasana, Ushtasana, Dhanuasana, Surya Namaskar, alongside meditation was
demonstrated. The program concluded with an encouragement to practice yoga
consistently for holistic development and benefits.
