The 37th Annual Day of our school, celebrated with the vibrant theme of Madras Day, was a memorable evening filled with tradition, pride, and creativity. The event beautifully honoured the spirit of Chennai, capturing its transformation from Madraspatnam to the bustling metropolis we cherish today.

The programme began with a soulful prayer song and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a warm welcome address from our Head Girl. The Principal then presented the Annual Report, highlighting our school’s achievements in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.

The theme of Chennai’s cultural richness was brought alive through a series of spirited performances. The invocation dance portrayed the legend of Lord Muruga, while a thought-provoking drama traced Chennai’s heritage, resilience, and growth. The evening concluded with a dazzling finale dance, “Chennai – Our Soul,” leaving the audience with a deep sense of pride for our beloved city.

The Chief Guest’s address added meaning to the celebration, and our Head Boy’s vote of thanks expressed heartfelt gratitude. Backstage and props teams were also acknowledged for their seamless support. As a symbolic gesture of sustainability, saplings were distributed to all attendees, reinforcing our commitment to a greener future. It was truly a night where tradition met progress — just like our city, Chennai.
