On 23rd December 2022 the Junior Annual Day Programme was held in Anna Centenary Library Auditorium, Kotturpuram. Ms.R.Sridevi, the Assistant Professor of Pedagogy of Mathematics in Loyola College of education graced the occasion. Cultural programmes were conducted on the theme “Field trip to Museum”. Various programmes in line with the theme were performed by the students with different spectacular LED backgrounds. Students exhibited their talents in various events. The day was a treat to everyone who witnessed the programme.

The ‘Musical Morning’, a special programme performed by the LKG, UKG and STD I students was held on 15th December 2002.The toddlers music captivated the audience with their rendition of Pollerita and the famous Do, Re, Me from the “Sound of Music” followed by Rhapsody singing and Bhara samandar - a conversation between fish and two men.

The 30th National Children’s Science Congress, coordinated by Tamil Nadu Science Forum district level project presentation happened at St. Mother Theresa Engineering college, Tuticorin on December 10th and 11th, 2022. Understanding Ecosystem for health and well-being was the theme. Sanjana Vijay and Sudeep Prasannah of Class 5B participated in the event and presented their project on ‘Fruit eating birds in the locality and their role in seed dispersal’. Participants were awarded with a certificate, a gold medal and a book. Students were able to interact with the scientists and got ideas to enhance their project.

Rail travel always thrills all age groups. One hundred and fifty nine students of blossoms with seven teachers and eight parent volunteers went on a field trip to the Integral coach factory (ICF), a production unit under the Indian Railways on 6th December 2022. They had the opportunity to learn about ICF and how they manufacture engines and train coaches. It was an enriching experience for the children as they understood the importance of rail transport for the people and also for movement of cargo.

On 3rd December, the parents of LKG and Buds attended the family day held in the quadrangle- primary block. There were five different activities like preparing a sandwich, Pot painting, Thoranam, Rangoli and making a greeting card.
The students enjoyed doing the activities and spending time together socialising with their peers.

On 2nd December 2022, Murugappa Inter-Institutional Quiz was conducted by A.M.M. foundation. The semifinal round of the quiz took place in our school main block AV room. Ms.Vidya Perichiappan and Ms.K.P. Smitha, Primary teachers of TI school were the Quiz mistresses . Five teams participated in the quiz and one team was chosen for the finals. The qualified team will be competing with the finalist selected from the sister concern schools of A.M.M. Foundation.
