On 15.6.2024, following the Investiture ceremony at our school, a meeting was convened for the elected captains. AMM school teachers presented the different types of leadership styles to students . They also emphasized how assertive leadership, which involves confidently expressing ideas while respecting others, fosters team acceptance of our decisions as captains. Furthermore, they assigned specific duties for the upcoming month and provided detailed instructions on their execution.

On 26/6/2024, the leadership program for primary students was conducted in the primary block’s AV room by the council secretary, the head boy, and the head girl—first, the event started by introducing all the captains with their names and posts. Then we started the program by introducing the leadership term by sharing the power point presentation , followed by an interactive session. The general responsibilities of the captains, and some leadership qualities were discussed.
