05.08.2016 Quiz and Channel Surfing competition Class XI students accompanied by Mrs. Anuradha G.T. Aloha School, Neelangarai 1st prize in quiz

06.08.2016 Interschool Sriram literary competition 26 students from various classes. St. Michael’s Academy Harini won 1st place in poetry recitation

06.08.2016 LKG and UKG Chettinadu Competition - Shishu Utsav Participants from LKG and UKG accompanied by class teachers Chettinad Vidyashram Children participated in various events. Sreenithi of UKG A won 3rd prize in drawing and colouring competition.
16.08.2016 to 20.08.2016 Dyslexia week was celebrated by MDA. Various competitions like dance, drama, cookery, music and art from waste were conducted Children of classes V to VIII Madras Dyslexia Association (MDA) Children got an opportunity to participate in various events. Children who usually do not get a chance to take part were given an opportunity.

23.08.2016 Madras day – Multimedia powerpoint presentation on heritage sites/ buildings 3 students of class IX Madras day team – Vincent D’Souza - coordinator Got participation certificate for "Multimedia presentation contest for city schools." Children visited a house on Keshavaperumal Koil street which is more than 70 years old and prepared a presentation on it.
